|Recommended: YesThe swamp cooler doesn't make it. The mud fertilizer on the sidewalk needs to be scraped off. — It's very convenient for my lifestyle. Don't hear much noise other than traffic. People are friendly not much transient traffic.

Improvements are always on the horizon with the clubhouse, workout room and structural upgrades. The manager leads with enthusiastic optomism and represents her tenants well with a door always open policy As a 55 and up community there are a team of neighbors always helping to fill in for the other one. compassionate leadership lends to comfortable living. all amenity's are very close, on foot or bus

Melanie the manager has gone above and beyond to make my experience here great. Hats off to anyone who works so hard to make life just a little easier for a senior. This company has a great person representing them. I highly recommend desert plaza apartments.

|Recommended: YesQuiet peaceful — I like it here, it's quiet and peaceful, great neighbors and a feeling of community. They allow small pets. Staff are friendly and helpful, they take care of problems right away. It's older buildings, but well maintained. You see a lot of smiling faces.
