|Recommended: NoI want to give a big shout out to Mrs maria she helped me get my first apartment it was done in a timely manner and she doesn’t know it but she saved me I was homeless but had a job no one would take me due to qualification of income I was about to give up I’ve been here sense Dec 2023 and now because of her I get to live in an apartment of my own ever in my life at 39 years of age yes sometimes it takes a little time but you will get there thank you so much from the bottom of my heart this staff and her are amazing

|Recommended: YesI extended my rental insurance with Liberty Mutual 12 1 2023-12 3 2024,my lease is up for renewal 8 1 2024,and I will renew my lease for another year 2025 because I am not moving because I can't afford to buy a car like all the other residents, where am I going to go if I don't have a automobile. I get put down by all the residents, and people who work here look down on me because I am not driving a car.

|Recommended: YesThe only thing that blows my mind is closing the laundry room at 4 45pm when most people get home from work. So you think that for the prices you're charging it's worth recommending the 88 to my friends who couldn't do laundry after 5 pm Put yourselves in our shoes for just one minute and tell me how is that a convenience or an amenitie I hope you have some common sense and rectify this issue which from my understanding , it's been brought to your attention by other tenants but nothing g has been done about it.

|Recommended: YesAngel, the manager of this property, is doing an awesome job It is not always the case in today's world, but Angel actually comes through with promises that he makes I could not be happier as a new tenant here.
|Recommended: YesOverall I like this place and location — I would tell them that I like it, it's an older building , built back in the 50s my one bedroom works for me . I bought a space heater because the heating unit doesn't do a great job plus the energy bill can be pretty high
using that heating unit. I bought a window A C unit because the swamp cooler does an OK job, if you walk around the property you see many of the units have window A C also. The on location property manager is a plus and Abraham is great asset to this place very positive always with a smile. I do miss property manager Melody
|Recommended: YesMelody and Abraham do a great job — I have lived here for a year. Just renewed my lease. I have lived in a few apartments in Las Vegas, and Melody is without a doubt the best apartment Manager I have had in this town. Abraham is amazing too. Any repairs I have needed were taking care of immediately and done well. Most importantly, is how hard they work, thoughtful way they do their jobs, and how kindly they treat their tenants .

|Recommended: YesWell Maintained, Quite,Manager Melody and Maintenance man Abraham are wonderful. — Much better place to live now that we have a Landlord that really cares about her residents, I tell her all the time that she goes above and beyond for us seniors here and she would smile and say, you all are my family and that's how I will continue to treat each and everyone of you. Melody has been here for us in every way possible and I wouldn't move for the world as long as she is here i'm here.

|Recommended: YesMelody is the BEST — I love living hear and will never move again. If you're looking for a great senior apartment, COME HERE Melody, Mgr, is the BEST Mgr I've had in awhile. Love here to death. And Abraham, Maint, gets the job done
